What’s a love story without drama, plot twists and compromise? Nobody Wants This Season 3 has beeeen on Netflix, and yep, we’re still seated. Still swooning. Still having thoughts.
The chemistry? No complaints. But let’s talk about what comes with it.
Is the compromise Joanne made worth it for a guy like Noah? Honestly, based on everything she’s been through in Seasons 1 and 2, from navigating Noah’s family expectations to questioning where she fits into his world, I think we can agree that he’s the golden retriever we all need.
He reassures her, makes her feel loved and isn’t afraid to show her how much she means to him. Let’s not forget about the character development that Joanne definitely shows. She went from someone who doubted true love existed to making things official… the kosher way (iykyk).
Which raises the question: is she growing with him, or changing for him?
Personally, I think there’s a difference between growing because someone supports you and changing yourself because you’re afraid of losing them.
Joanne should be able to grow in love without losing the parts of herself that make her who she is.
So… forget spooky szn. If you haven’t watched yet, grab some snacks and your favourite face mask. You’re definitely going to want to binge-watch this tonight.
